As the admiasrtor, you holf the power and responsibility to moderate all contents in your group. You can promte additional admins to help you if needed. As another option, admins canbe set up to receive notification of new content or any new request to join the group. .
Public & Private
You can make your group public or private; it can be fun either way. Public groups can be joined by any site members so this is perfect if you want to create a fan club of yourself. If you would like to create a secret society and plan a surprise birthday or a company event (for maybe a product launch?), private groups is what you are looking for. It allows you to hand pick your members.
Wall Post and Discussion
Wall post is a general message board while discussion board is more to topic-specified discussion. These are the essential tools to keep your group active. Use the wall post to display reminders or just little “Thank You” notes to your group members.

Each group can have their own Photo and Video gallery. You can share the media with your group members.
OK, So how Do I Start My Group?
Just Login, go to "your page" and under the tab Applications click "Groups", on this page you will find the link "Create" (just above & right of latest dicussions box) just click and your off and running. It's that simple, don't forget to post all your groups Photo's & Videos! Have Fun!!
